I can't tell you how great Don & Cheyanne were to work with. My wife & I were presented with a last minute opportunity to purchase the home we had been renting and I had very little knowledge of how the process of buying a home works. Don took the time on numerous occasions to not only walk me through every step of the process, but explain each step in detail to where I truly understood what was happening. Not to mention, he & Cheyanne went above & beyond in every step of this process to get us an incredible rate and keep the total costs to a minimum. In my initial search for a lender I talked with several others before finding Equitrust, and none of them even came close to the service and approach that Don provides. Don helped us finance a mountain property that had complexities that were daunting, after we had been dropped by a great local credit union that had sensible, but inflexible standards with regard to property characteristics.
