Nathan Battles showed up at our home and ran up to my wife as she was unloading our kids from the car. Saying "she looked overworked" he also stated this company was the underwritter on our mortgage. She asked him to leave. He continued to harass our neighborhood driving up the street house by house. My wife and neighbors called me to assist them in getting him away from the neighborhood as I was driving home. He saw me arrive home and came back. Saying "his company underwrote our loan" which is a complete lie, again. I asked him to leave our property and the neighborhood. Selling is one thing, lies are another. Do not work with a company that agrees with this behavior

Jesse and his co-worker Jenn did a great job on my refi. They made it so quick and effortless for me. And I really like how everything they do is done remotely so there's no hard copy paperwork to pass back and forth.
