I have recently worked with EON Mortgage Group. Steve, Ran, and Jannie were super helpful in every step of the way. Ran is the nicest person anyone can wish to work with. She is fast, responsive, accurate and very kind. I highly recommend them. I have done a refinance with them in the summer of 2021 with them and then did a purchase recently. Looking forward to the next one!

This is important as it helps us to make sound decisions on when to lock the rate. When it is time to lock, Steve gives us the the best rates that matches or are better than other lenders we found online. Jannie and Sherry who processed our loans were responsive and made sure the loans were processed in expected time fame. Not to mention that they kept the refinance cost low. The title company they work with has low fee but quality service. They also applied to lender for waiving the appraisal for us, usually saving a few hundreds dollars. I am sure and will reach out to EON for my next loan application.

Special shout out to Jannie and Jackie for always being available to answer any questions, explaining everything upfront and providing guidance throughout the entire process. If you want to close fast, want someone who is transparent, and is on your side, look no further. Their interest rates were much better than any other big banks/lenders. They do speak Mandarin and a few other languages, in case English is not your mother tongue.
