A friend of mine recommended using Envoy Mortgage, specifically Ann Johnson and I am happy I did. From the very beginning, it was tough being out of state and wanting to make this big life leap across the country. I am a first time buyer so I have little knowledge of the buying process. I felt very comfortable with Ann and her guidance. If I had a concern or question, I would reach out to her and in no time she would address my concerns. I felt Envoy was very fair and reasonable and quick! I would recommend Envoy and definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service. Made buying a house from out of state easier. I was pre approved from both my bank and Envoy and I went with Envoy for various reasons; one was that it was significantly less money to buy down my points, they also made qualifying easier and they had excellent communication skills. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and took me through the process without me having to search for extra sources. And you can get a mortgage with them in any part of the state of Alabama, not just Enterprise. I'm very grateful for all of the hard work Beth put into making this happen.
