As first time home buyers, let me tell you that buying a home is probably the most stressful thing I've ever done (No kids though) but John Tuggle managed to help my husband and I accomplish this. I waited a good while to write my review because it's true I wasn't always happy with John, and Isabel Horne who works in his office who I knew from before often helped keep me on track, but with some months between the events I can see in hindsight John was literally doing everything in his power to get me/us the best rate & the house and even though that caused a hiccup that sent me into a meltdown it was all really just trying to help us. After seeing my brother-in-law and sister-in-law (different siblings) both purchase a house after us through different companies despite offering them information on Envoy, and all they went through and the meltdowns they had, I realized how much better #EnvoyMortgage was. John not only got this done for us, but he and Isabel both took my calls/ texts/ emails whenever they could and with John that occasionally even meant after hours or during an event if necessary. I want to apologize to John, Isabel and Envoy for being so stressed and moody when you guys clearly had it all under control. They are straight forward, give good and timely communication and will do a great job for you. I highly recommend them.

Persistence is the key with Envoy. It took about two weeks to actually sit down and talk to someone about my loan, but once I did, Harriett made the wait more than worth it. I was originally going to use another lender for my home loan. However, the seller of our home want to deal with a local lender. That is when my realtor told me about Rebekah Wagers with Envoy Mortgage. My realtor asked me if she could give Rebekah my cell number. I said sure you can. Rebekah called me within an hour. She worked tiredly to help me achieve the loan I needed. She did it like I was one of her family members. Even when a few road blocks got in the way, she would talk to me to calm me down and encourage me to stay in the game and she would see me through to the end. She did just that until I was able to secure my loan. She guided me through the process like we were family. She never wavered even when I got discouraged. Amazing staff. Rebekah helped us at every turn and worked around our ideal close date and did everything in a matter of a few weeks. At 19 some mortgage lenders didn’t take me seriously she treated us like anyone else and she was incredibly helpful. I don’t believe I could have had a better overall home buying experience anywhere else and they are the only mortgage organization I’ll recommend to anyone. 10/10 would recommend

My Experience with Envoy Mortgage has been great , they where very professional and prompt about pushing things along to avoid hang-ups and asking for things at the last moment. which made it much less stressful for me , knowing that Harriet and her team where looking out for me and not just them. They kept me informed at least twice a week of the status of loan and what would be next , I Have been through 3 other closings in my life, and by far this was the smoothest mortgage i have been through. Harriett Elkins is a 5-Star Sales Manager. If I could give 10 stars I would. Here is my story and how Harriett helped me get the best loan for my new home: I was set to move to GA in October 2020 with a quick turn around. I had just went under contract for a house and was shopping for loans that would let me close in less than 30 days. Long story short, Harriett gave a competitive rate but I chose to stick with my personal bank. No harm, no foul. The sellers backed out and I had to find a new house. I found a new house in November, and locked in my rate with my personal bank. I wasn’t set to move in until January due to sellers waiting to move into their new build. My rate was very high and I was locked in with my bank. I called Harriett and she immediately offered me the exact rate I was shopping for.
