I reached out for some assistance with a very expensive vehicle repair. The customer service representative was very thorough and got me to the right person very quickly. The loan officer, Bobbi was amazing. Envista was very efficient and helpful and got me what I needed for a great rate. I am very appreciative of the team at Envista. I highly recommend them for your financial services.

I can honestly say this was the best Car Buying experience I have ever had. Yes, I said Car Buying was a BREEZE. Lynn Brown is so amazing. I just love her. She's ON IT. Every phone call, every email she's right there with you.... guiding you through what you need for her and the dealership. I was literally only in the dealership a TOTAL of 2 hours. You all know that buying a car and using dealership financing is a 5-7 hour day at the dealership. DO NOT USE DEALERSHIP FINANCING! Use Envista! Better Service... Who are you going to call for help with dealership financing? Wouldn't you rather be able to pick up the phone and call, get a human on the phone. I just can't say enough about Lynn. She deserves the world for the way she made me feel through the process.

Great experience and very smooth process loan process. Bryan, Courtney and Janell were wonderful to work with and very helpful! Everything was tied up nicely for closing. We have been with Envista Credit Union for years and will continue to be so for many more. Envista is great and so are their employees.

I was blessed with getting Josh (mind you - I've only ever had 1 bad experience in the 2yr I've been a customer - hopefully she was corrected or terminated) Josh was awesome - patient & understanding - mine 8 month old screaming in the background (teething & vaccinations) Josh wasn't irritated in the slightest - quite the contrary !!! Empathetic - which was nice (with how inhumane so many humans have become, especially since the pandemic kicked off) Josh took the time to find ALL, confirm AND send a personal email of confirmation to put mine mind at ease - a booboo that was mine fault (trying to tend baby boy and pay my loan all at the same time - hitting the wrong number & submitting before realizing & being too late to "back out" & try again - having mine loan monies lost & terrified of affecting mine personal payment history & being charged a late fee) Josh even added a personal little note -wishing mine baby boy well ... again - the humanity is gorgeous This man - deserves brownie points !!!! If you're ever concerned of whom ya may get, with costumer service - just ask for Josh

I had a great time at this bank they were very prompt at helping me even though they were very busy they were very polite they greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. When I was waiting another employee greeted me and was very polite as well. Great help with opening up my account my banker was very polite informative and helpful.
