Envision Credit Union Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee

I have had issues with Envision before so I probably should have closed my account years ago. Started with me disputing charges on my account. I proved that the company sent the wrong item, refused a refund even though I told them I’d send back the item if the provided a return label, and that the item was in fact listed as returnable with no fees. Since the company said they would return the item if I paid $180 (over twice what I paid to start with) the bank said they wouldn’t do anything. Now, I’m trying to open an account for my child. Called to get the information on what I need to bring and asked if I needed to make an appointment. The lady I spoke to gave me the information and said that I don’t need an appointment. I went to the bank THREE time to open an account. The first one they said they were closing in thirty minutes so they couldn’t help. The second they said that they would take copies of the information needed and call me to set up everything including a time to finalize paperwork. They never called. The third time, with me being the ONLY customer there, they tell me they can’t see me today and that no appointments were available at ANY store. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be finding a new credit union this week.

I absolutely love this branch! It's convenient to my house and job. Also the staff is extremely customer service oriented, they are always smiling, greeting, and accommodating customers. Mrs. Fryson is like family at this point, lol, she has opened all of my accounts and she helped me get a car loan. I prefer to only talk to her when I need something new or have questions. However ALL of there tellers are top notch. It is a smaller branch so coming on peek hours, you will have a wait and Saturdays ALL banks don't have full staff, so I feel llike you as a customer should expect this. Thank you all Apalachee branch for being the best!!

Ive been with envision for over 10 years and they always like to change up credit card companies and tack on hidden fees and higher your interest rates. When you try to talk to the brick wall of a customer service ..all they say is they didnt bave no choice. Now they want to charge $10 to replace their card when it stops working? Im done with this credit union not only are they really slow but very inexperienced. They constantly asking each other the most simple questions they should already known. While the managers or what they may represent as...just sit in the office and watch them look bad. A bank makes a killing off people and this bank can barely supply a pen to sign over a check to keep themselves in business!

After i reported fraudulant charges to my account the bank offered to provide me with provisional credits for the charged amount, even after i provided proof that the charges were fraud and the merchant validated my claim the bank took the provisional credits out of my account stating the reason being as i didnt provide information needed towards the claim. How much more info do you guys need. I should be able to trust my bank with my money not get screwed over by my financial institution.

I was in town for a graduation and needed to do some banking. My current credit union suggested Envision CU. Upon entering the credit union I felt welcomed. The teller Leon Blackstone was helpful, polite and consistent in solving my issues which was difficult. My hat goes off to this credit union for having a nice facility and staff at this branch.

Your money is not safe in this Bank! My account has been hacked four time via my debt card that was cancelled months ago and nobody can explain why! Been a member since 1985 and nobody cares. It’s not the same since they sold out. RUN!

I have used multiple banks in the past.. getting with envision credit union has been the best one between customer service and ease of use and convenience.. would definitely recommend to anyone...

My account is flagged for fraud every single time I try to take out money. Today I was unable to withdraw my money, despite talking to the fraud department. Apparently I also need the bank to approve the transaction and its Sunday! I will be closing my account after this experience.

My mistake was going into the Credit Union at this location about 2 weeks ago on a Saturday. ONLY 1 PERSON works on Saturdays for other banking services! AND the one person had a person that made an appointment on that particular Saturday. THAT is ridiculous! I waited for 3 hours and then left! Why is there ONLY ONE PERSON that does the "other" type of banking, which requires members to see them instead of the regular tellers?

The banking and transactions are nice, but if you schedule a meeting to discuss matters pertaining to your financial planning, don't expect them to be on time. Very unpleasant feeling to be told you'd be meeting at 4:00pm and not be seen by the operative until after 4:45pm and your meeting only last 30 minutes at best. Appleyard location.
