Enterprise Bank & Trust Vogel Rd, Arnold

My wife and I have been banking at this branch for many years, and the personal service Regina and her staff provide is always top notch! Alecia always takes the time to say hello by name, even if she isn't working directly with me...and Annette is a wonderful person as well. I always feel valued as a customer after leaving the lobby. This is the ONLY place I would ever trust with our financial needs...

I have been with this bank since I lived in Hillsboro. At the time it was Eagle Bank. I have since moved to Imperial and the branch on Vogel Road is the best. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Annette and Ashley are amazing. And they always call me by name, even before I send my transaction in. These ladies are stellar and are such an asset to your company! I was having a problem at the ATM and just mentioned it to Annette. That is before the ATM's accepted deposits. When they started allowing deposits, Annette personally called me to tell me. Such good business! I would highly recommend this branch to anyone.

I have been a customer of Enterprise Bank since they bought out Eagle Bank and Trust. Prior to becoming an Enterprise customer, as a model, I even did some commercials for them. While I have not had good experiences with the customer service at the Brentwood and Kirkwood branches, I must say that the newly-closed branch on Lindbergh was good and the customer service at the Arnold-Imperial Branch is superior. I have visited many of your branches, but the staff at the Arnold-Imperial branch far outshines any of the others!

I went in to open a savings account. It was probably the best banking experience I have ever had and I am 56 years old. I worked with Regina and she was awesome!!! She was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional.

The wonderful people at this bank immediately sent me a message about possible fraud on my bank card. They shut it down and corrected the issue with such ease on MY part. And helped me during this difficult situation. They're wonderful people and they're truly on your side to help.

My family and I have done business with this bank (formerly Eagle Bank) for over 12 years now. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants professional service and in need of a bank in this area. Alecia and Annette have been absolute all-stars for us and they make you feel appreciated as a customer as well.

Let me just say Alecia and Regina, from the Arnold location, go above and beyond each time I need their help. They assisted me with setting up my account and made it extremely easy. I can always call on them for assistance. They are the most pleasant, professional, and courteous people with which I have ever worked. I have been banking with the Vogel Rd branch since it opened and have NEVER had a bad experience. I do ALL my personal & business banking here. I would give it 10 stars if you let me. ALL the tellers are fantastic. They really keep an eye on things. This might sound like over kill but I really can't say enough good things about them. I would definitely recommend this branch to others.

Enterprise Bank & Trust of Arnold Missouri is the best! All the employees are friendly and professional. It's like the television show Cheers, when everyone knows your name. You feel that you are special and appreciated as a bank customer.
