    Used to be good. All about the customers. Now they won't even refund ONE "courtesy" card fee. That $30 a pop. They're actually WORSE than the mega banks now. Will be going elsewhere. Ent has become VERY greedy.

    Not crazy about the fact that this branch no longer has personal drive up service - only ATMS with TV tellers. Also, I went in yesterday to deposit money into 3 different accounts and the teller deposited the money into the wrong accounts. I appreciate that Lacey took time to address my concerns and coach the teller.

    I have been coming to the ENT Credit Union for shared branching purposes for a couple years and I finally made the leap to jump on as an ENT banking member. Every time I have come into this location I have been greeted by the most kind security officer he always opens the doors for people he walks people out to their car to make them feel safe he is a sincere gentleman. The post I wanted to make his actually about Amanda. Today she was so very helpful and helping me open up a checking and savings account at a bank. She helped me through the process with a very professional attitude and it was obvious that she knows her profession extremely well. I originally went in today to purchase the safety deposit box, but they did not have any at this location, so Amanda took the time to call around to other ENT locations and help find a place that had the right size safety deposit box for me. I can't say enough nice things about Amanda and all the other staff at this location. I have been coming here for three years and I've always been treated with the highest level of respect and you can tell that customer service is their number one priority. I plan on being a customer for life. Thank you for everything Amanda.

    Hoping to save one person from having to endure their rudeness. Opened my account and they lady made it seem this was a great credit union with people who care (Powers Location). I was excited until I had to do my face to face transaction through drive thru - the lady was seriously annoyed I interrupted her friend time to help a customer. very rude interaction, only said a few words to me - made it know she was annoyed. This was upsetting. Went a different time inside the branch. The teller was fiddling her hair while having a conversation with co-workers and again annoyed she had to help a customer. This time I let it be known this was upsetting behavior - no one cared The final straw was I received emails that I purchased items that I did not - I tried logging in and my account was locked. Went to the branch. Teller having a hey day with co-workers had to work - received an annoyed look (i guess I should expect this) I told her what happened and that I cannot log in to verify. Her first question was - can you tell me the pending charges. If I could log in I would. She seemed more upset she had to call to see why my account was locked and she had to print my charges. I asked for someone else - She was worse. Couldn't help me, told me not worry because she didn't see charges. I went to a different branch - still felt like I was an inconvenience to be there but they were able to help. I finally decided after 6 months of this to change banks - when I closed out they didn't care. No question as to why. Just printed my checks and handed me a close out receipt and that was it. THIS CREDIT UNION THINKS YOUR SERVICE AND HELPING YOU OUT IS AN INCONVENIENCE TO THEIR SOCIAL HOUR WHILE AT WORK.

    Very nice place and the customer service from Lacy is excellent. I opened my accounts here and so far so good.

    I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with Ent Credit Union, and this location in particular. Staff are incredibly helpful, and it’s nice and close to downtown. They even recently installed two drive-up ITMs (like an ATM, but also has the option to video chat with a teller if you choose). One of the big drawbacks of this location was the lack of a drive-up ATM, so I’m very happy to see this as a member who frequents the area. Just another thing to make this location even more convenient!

    Never, ever try use ENT Credit Union for a loan. Absolutely terrible communication and customer service - without a doubt the worst I’ve ever experienced. I had to contact them 9 times over the course of 5 weeks and talk to 6 different people about a HELOC loan I was approved for the first day I spoke with them. Every person promised to call me back and never did. Each time I called in a got a new person who was not familiar with the loan. Very standard loan conditions with great credit and equity. 5 weeks of wasted time and effort on my part - they should be embarrassed as a loan department and stop advertising for new clients. I’ve bought houses and closed in 2 or 3 weeks while ENT can’t process a simple HELOC in 5 weeks.

    I went to the ENT Mountain Bell branch today with my elderly Mother. Her finances are all messed up, and it is time to add my name to the account as a power of attorney. They made a difficult time in life much easier than I ever would have thought! The friendly staff opened the door ( Mom has a walker), the banker was extremely helpful and knew exactly how to help. She even helped with some fees which is greatly appreciated! My mom even joked with the security guard that she knew karate, and he played along! I wish there was an ENT Credit Union in Greeley for us oilfield workers! Can't say enough good things about the people working here, Thanks!!!

    Jovi needs an attitude adjustment! Slow lines, employees that do not care and the passive aggressive comments are inappropriate. Having rude and thoughtless employees is not a good look. I wont be a part of your credit union much longer!

    I find it a little odd to leave a review for a bank. It has to be done though. Compared to other options in the area, Ent is so much better. I mainly use their services for a recreational checking account. Great staff and quick service. I stopped in earlier to make a deposit and it took roughly 2 minutes. The kind lady behind the counter made sure to ask if I needed assistance with anything else. I did not. If you're looking for a quality banking experience, Ent is the best choice.
