Ent Credit Union Jet Wing Dr, Colorado Springs

Use to be a great bank. Now it's just absolutely terrible. More fees yet they say they are for the people not profit. Yet they will hit you for all kinds of stuff. Been a member very long time with business and personal accounts . I would go look somewhere else if your looking for a bank that cares about you. Will be closing all my accounts and credit cards with them along with all my family's accounts. Terrible terrible experience.

Had to go in yo do some transfers, katilyn wasn't very friendly and the chairs were dirty, pet hair and people hair and didn't have a nice look in her face when my mom went to grab some tissue to wipe it clean. She wasn't the friendliest.

ENT fraudulently withdrew funds from my account and then were unable to tell me why or how it happened. When I asked them how to address the issue to get my money back and to prevent this from happening again, they told me to close my account and create a brand new one. I also might not get my money back. I am punished and inconvenienced for their mistake and they still dont even know how to resolve the issue. ENT has systemic problems that will impact your accts. Id put my money under my mattress before trusting these incompetent people with my funds.

I went to deposit money to my checking account but had trouble with the ATM didn't read my money that I had deposited it was supposed to return it but it didn't do it. Had to go inside all that they did was documented it and told that someone was going to contact me about that matter. I very disappointed. This place is very unprofessional.

Had to go inside cause ATM issues. The teller helping me was rude! I was trying to get answers to my questions and he seemed very unconcerned. I had to call the number to get my question answered. I wish I would have gotten his name. He's a black guy. I'm so over Ent right now, have been a member for years and never had these many issues and have to deal with people who hate their job! Do better!

Thank you for providing the community with the opportunity to keep our private information safe. My sister and I participated in the Free Shredding Day today! Not only did this event help us safely dispose of our paperwork, knowing the event was coming, I was prompted to go through old paperwork and documents. As most of us do, I had put this off for a while! Let's just say, I easily filled my two allowable bankers boxes, and will be doing so again in two weeks at the next event! Oh yeah, watch out for the kitty who lives the boxes, too! LOL!

I had a big hassle resetting a password to do a loan application. This happened one other time and they were just able to reset it but this time it took forever and she said she has to email the IT department.

I’ve always had wonderful experiences with Ent, and will be a member for life. While the parking lot is a bit of a construction zone, that means good things are coming - this location recently installed two drive-up ITMs (like an ATM with the option to chat with a video teller) in addition to the existing two ATMs, making things even more quick and convenient!

I love my bank. You dont know how good you got it, until you have a wells fargo account and they start charging fees for simply existing. Even compared to other credit unions, i like ent the most.
