Worst credit repair agency ever!!! They appear to want to help you but in reality they just want your money. All their promises are empty words with no results at all. Stay away from them; don't trust their well played "good customer service" with fake smiles. They will never improve your credit or even return your calls for that matter to answer your questions. The worst experience we had!!!

I must say I feel like this has been an "intimate" relationship because of the highs and lows with them. Well I guess 3rd time is the charm. I have used approximately 4 companies to help with my credit. ALL FAILED and took my money. After being in "credit prison" for 5 years since the mortgage meltdown I am finally FREEEE!!!! This week I was able to refinance my car with my bank and all I can say is that I am grateful. I look forward to sending more clients. I do not recommand and Not happy with their office at all.4 years ago I went to their office. They said that your credit will be repaid in the next 6 months. It has been 4 years now and my credit has not been repaid.

I have been a client of Enrich Financial for the last 3 years, and the reason i've been with them this long is not because my case is not getting complete but because i keep contacting them for different services. First they repaired my credit, and did it in a matter of a couple of months. Then i contacted them to help me build my credit and i have had amazing results. They have helped me out with my personal credit as well as were able to help out with some business funding as well. Thanks to them i was able to purchase the car i've always wanted and haven't been denied for any credit i've applied for. The specialist that always takes care of my account is Marina at the Glendale office, and so far i have been a very happy client. Overall the Glendale team is great and i'm always happy with the services i receive. Thank you ladies!

Life was getting difficult after my divorce. I needed help and Enrich Financial was there to help me. The employees were friendly and I know I would talk a little too much sometimes, but they never seemed irritated, they just listened, and eventually got my credit back to where it needed to be. I was very fortunate to have been referred to them. Sorry I took so long to write a review for you guys. You really deserve more than 5 stars and I wish I could give it.

If you have late payments or collections in past from your student loans, Enrich is really good at removing it off your credit report. I highly recommend them. They have a lot of experience and knowledge in this field.

My personal experience proves that they cannot fix any easy cases (when they are taking my case, they were very confident with it). what I need was disputing one credit card overdue record. When I inquired about my case, they said it's easy case and being super confident that it can be fixed it in 3 months. And it didnt work. I didnt received any mail or reply from credit bureaus, my credit did not be effected (either good way or bad way) at all. They asked me to pay $750 for the first 3months and $95 for every months afterward. of course, I got so disappointed with their service so I cancelled their service. I personally not recommend here.😒😒😒

This company is Fraud.. I do promise that I will do whatever needed and spend how much money it costs to me in order to take them to court and get my money back . The very first day I went there as a client who has no information about credit repair process they explained me that there are different types of credit repair and since I had some debt on my credit cards they offered a VIP repair which costs $9500 and that's gonna clear my debt as well.Today which has been almost a year they are playing a dirty game .They filed identity theft in order to get rid of my negative points without my permission and knowledge. All the results and paperworks I was receiving were telling that I filed an Identity theft also the credit Bureaus.They need to give me answers about what they have Done with my credit and $9500 charge.

Before I experience their unorganized and careless services, I read about their good and bad reviews. I called few times and talked to different representatives, but I was the one who kept following up with them. Their manager is not even educated and familiar with what her position offers. They are supper unorganized, careless and don’t have a good customer service. I heard a lot of negative comments; however thought maybe I could give them a chance. Now I made sure that I was wrong and will not recommended this company at all. I asked for the actual manager, and they kept ignoring and buying times instead of schedule a talk for a job that has to be done by now. I was dealing with an emergency situation and it seemed they didn't care about the clients like me, so I don’t think they would care about yours. Don’t waste your time and trust on them. I am sorry for the company that doesn’t have the right candidates.

Do not use Enrich financial for your credit card and debt concerns. he late payments kept re-appearing on my credit. They don't guarantee anything and I didn't get my money back. Once they have your money you don't hear from them again!
