Greetings. We came across Beth Daniel at Bank Of England Mortgage Company when we were applying for mortgages on some of our properties. From the beginning, Beth was upbeat, courteous, caring and kind. Previously, when applying for funding on some of our other properties, we dealt with several mortgage company employees who were all about the bottom line with no human courtesy whatsoever. However, with Beth, we found that whatever she told us that she would do, then that is what occurred. Moreover, her unique human touch and her ability to keep us abreast of what was going on with our application made Beth a huge cut above her competition as well.
