David Mabrouk and Miranda Kinaia were a delight to work with on our very recent home refinance. They worked hard and quickly to lock in a very low interest rate for us. They actually made the process, which can be otherwise very cumbersome and stressful quite easy. They were very professional and thorough. Yet, David’s easy manner and sense of humor even brought us a few laughs along the way. Once the loan was complete, I had questions several times about my loan. He even walked me through setting up Autopay on my mortgage. No question was left unanswered. My experience with emortgage was amazing!!! I've never done this process before but Sinan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about this. I really enjoyed working with him throughout this process and felt like he was putting me in a better financial position on top of making my improvements to my home! Company pulled my credit report without my permission. Please be careful with this company. When I asked did they pull my credit, they said some other company must have pulled it. Cuaght them in a BOLD face lie. Not a trust

DO NOT use emortgage. They are not knowledgeable and handle issues with no response which is very unprofessional. Don't waste your time or effort. All they did was waste my money. Do not take calls from Selena T or Kevin. Worst experience ever.

This company deserves more stars. I was completely lost with how interest rates are looking like right now. I needed help and was told I couldn’t refinance or pull out any equity. eMortgage Funding LLC, this company offers phenomenal services! My husband and I both agreed that we had a professional, respectful, educational, and stress less experience with our loan refinance as we moved along with Ted Abro. Ted was readily available to answer all our concerns making us feel comfortable as he was very knowledgeable and thoroughly professional in the refinance from a FHA to a VA loan! Also, upon the initial loan transaction, whatever Ted had promised verbally and in writing was delivered; for example, interest rate was appropriate, the loan closed on time, and he as well educated us throughout the loan process making it a stress less loan experience! Looking back, it was a short, knowledgeable, and exciting journey! Just awesomely excellent! We will recommend this loan representative, Ted Abro to anyone!! From California clients, we both thank you, Ted Abro and eMortgage Funding for making our financial burden more affordable!!

This was the worst experience with lenders that I have ever experienced. I am a realtor so I deal with plenty. Cody Rauh and Adam Failer failed to get my deal closed. Made empty promises they did not keep, multiple times lost my documents (lack of organization skills) causing delays. Adam is a new loan officer however, I was very clear that I was in a messy divorced they promised me a 3 week closing! Cody failed to supervise him as his superior and it cost me time and money. Adam offered me a credit for the inconvenience which Cody said he could not do and Adam was not allowed to offer that! Never offered any compensation and wanted to charge me $12,000 in points. A month and 3 weeks later I got fed up and knew at that point they can not get this done. My divorce even came first. You will NOT get your deal closed in a timely matter with them if they even manage to close the deal. Highly unexperienced and always check your closing documents (I was highly stressed and desperate I didn't) Fast forward 2.5 weeks later I went with loan depot I am closed and paid $12,000 less in closing costs. They claim they are brokers and can get you the best deal. (warehouse fee???) It was very far from the best deal. Shop around and stay away from this company in particular these two loan officers. 0/10 Feel free to reach out I have plenty of supporting documents, but I know they will not as they are aware they failed me terribly.

If I could give a negative star review I would! If I could turn back time I would steer clear of eMortgage Funding LLC at all cost!!!!!. They made promises that they could not keep. They put me in a situation of not paying my prior mortgage payments with all these promises, so I ended up in a situation that I had no other choice but to go through with the refinance even though everything in me told me not to. I questioned all the negative reviews right up front and was told all of those people were taken care of and they were all just misunderstandings, well that obviously is so far from the truth once again as the same types of things happened to me as what others talked about in their reviews. Now for some specifics; after many lies from my rep my file was transferred from Andrew to his Manager Joe Shouneyia. Joe assured me that Andrew was reprimanded for telling me things that their company could not back up. Against my better judgement I accepted the apology and decided to move forward. There were only two reasons at this point that I signed for the new loan; 1. I did lock in a 0.50% less on my interest rate (even though the loan cost me almost $3K when at the beginning I was told my final loan amount would not change) and 2. I was assured by Joe that the new mortgage company would allow me to split my monthly payment by-weekly and apply when they received each half payment, which my current mortgage company would not let me do. Joe went to the extent of putting me on hold and calling his rep at the new mortgage company to insure this was the case, he came back and said yes, she confirmed I could do this as long as I started out by making the first two half payments before the first payment was due on my new loan. I said no problem. I ended up signing for the loan and thought everything was fine, but to my surprise when I went to set the split payments up with the new mortgage company I was shocked to find out they do not allow this and never have. As you can imagine I was very unhappy at this point. I tried to reach Joe multiple time as he assured me that his rep at the mortgage company would make this happen…but nothing, Joe cut communication off completely, he would no longer return my calls or text messages after a month of trying. I have had nothing but issues with this the new mortgage company. According to Joe this was one of their top mortgage companies that they send their clients to. I hate to assume but it all seems like one big scam to me. Dealing with this group was a total nightmare, they only seem to care about closing the deal at all cost and they dont seem to care about the homeowner that is left cleaning up their mess.

After searching around to re-finance my home with a lower interest rate and hopefully a lower payment in mind, I was contacted by eMortgage and their representative Sinan Seeba. This young man was so nice, polite, fun and very informative. He worked hard to get me the best interest rate. In the process not only was he able to lower my interest rate but also my payment and was able to make the majority of my payment going to the balance of my mortgage with a lesser amount going to interest and other miscellaneous items. Because of this I am now saving thousands, like $60,000.00 just in interest! Sinan always kept me informed on the process, made all answere to my questions plain and simple. I felt like I knew exactly what was going on during the whole process. Sinan Seeba was so easy to work with and enjoyable to talk with concerning my mortgage re-finance. We were going to refinance and Dylan told us not to make our house payment then on the 27th day he said we need to make a house payment so then we had a late payment and haven't heard from him since. Not a way to do business
