Been a member for over 20 years. The interest rates could be better on savings accounts, but I love the customer service and being able to talk with a human being without having to wait more than about a couple minutes max (most of the time even less). And finally, I like that Emery supports and advertises on freedom-loving and Pro-USA businesses (like Brian Thomas radio program).

Securing a loan through Emery was super quick. Worked with Cheryl and she was just so great! Had to get ahold of her from Dayton while at the dealers and she was quick to respond to the call and also faxing the paperwork for me to sign..give her 10 stars!!!

I found it a bit frustrating to wait 20 minutes to cash one check when they were available bank clerks and open stations. I had this same experience in January 2022 as well when I waited 40 minutes to return simple a form that needed to be signed by my husband.

The agent I was working with went above and beyond her job. It was very fast service very professional and polite best experience I've had in a long time

As always the customer service experience is outstanding at Emery. Tori waited on me when I was at the Kemper location on the17th. She was professional, courteous and we even shared a bit of humor which caused me to leave with a smile on my face!

I'm being told about elderly abuse! Type of behavior, And very serious account balance issues!! And very openly discussing certain customers accounts out in the open!! And making a joke out of the customer!, in front of other customers etc, and upper management has also played a roll in this situation!, there's no real privacy with certain members accounts! And when asked to not do this they get louder! With upper management joining in and doing the same!, my thought is, a person's account info should be private! Not discussed openly for all to hear! Or threatening the fact that they have a friend that a police officer etc! I like Emery but this type of business ethic needs to be addressed! Immediately! Your in the business of dealing with the public, proper business ethic should be priority one!! And if you have a problem with I'm saying I'll come and talk with whom ever about this review just let me know? You all have a blessed day and Thank you😇

I just completed getting a new car loan from Emery...and it's never been so easy!! I was going to be out of town for the week that I wanted the loan. Paula Ozolins made it incredibly easy. I got a great rate with a special promotion that made the rate less than 1/2 of what the car dealer was going to give me. We did ALL of the paperwork online. She sent the dealer a check...I showed up at the dealer on Monday, and picked up my car.

I have been a member of Emery Federal Credit Union for over 15 years. Excellent customer service, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. They have always helped me out when I had financial difficulties. They are the best CU in the greater Cincinnati area.

Great service but it took my debit card 2 months to be sent out and every time I contacted someone they showed no interest in the matter they also told made false statements

Customer service here has always been second to none! Great honest bank that provides tools and options to help navigate my needs.
