Embers Credit Union 1st Ave S, Escanaba

Was a member of delta county credit union for the past 12 years and they were amazing. Unfortunately when they switched to embers it has been nothing but issues with them. I don't recommend them and an switching to a better credit union. The staff is friendly on the positive side.

Embers credit union is far the worst bank I've ever had to deal with over fake credit card fraud for a 2.00 online game that I was trying to purchase. Your staff is going to tell me there's idiots out their willing to steal 2.00 I don't think so this bank is a complete waste of time. Everytime I use my debit card anywhere it declines the card gets place into a hold I gotta call another department to verify I made the purchase you call that protection against theft. When I am the only one making purchases. I need to find a better bank

Saying that Embers Credit Union lacks integrity is an understatement! So sad to see a home town bank treat people the way they do. Their actions definitely speak louder than words. I will be taking my banking elsewhere.

My loan officer Peggy is absolutely the best I have ever worked with, she goes the extra mile to make sure whatever your needs may be are met not only on the financial level but the purchase you are making is also of value. It’s a rarity and a lost art in today’s banking system; I can’t recommend her services enough, first class.

I won't ever do business with them in the future. This credit union can't be trusted. Period.

They charged me for totaling my car and the loan being paid off. Do NOT bank with embers. Worst bank ever.

I really like Embers. The app is user friendly and I can easily use mobile deposit to deposit my paychecks and save myself a trip. Also, anytime I’ve used the app to message them, I’ve always received a quick response and they’ve always been very helpful. So far nothing but good things to say.

I miss old management. Embers is worst banking experience I've ever had in my life. They won't acknowledge payment attempts entill I'm in their face demanding to know where my money went if not on loan. Every other month I get threats for no payment attempts and I make them find my money. Then afterward make hundred dollar payment and 80 is interest and fees. Gotta watch them all the time. Crooked if not called bs on.

Delta County Credit Union is the best bank in town, by far. DCCU is owned by the customers. Checking and savings is free. Highly recommended.
