Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley - Bethlehem W Broad St, Bethlehem

I have been using Embassy Bank for a number of years, after being with another bank that kept getting bought out by larger banks. The service is very good, and the people are very friendly and helpful. I use mostly the Broad Street branch in Bethlehem, which is convenient and the staff are always helpful. I like the local nature of the bank (I know several of the senior officers), and their transparent products that don't have extra fees that appear at many other banks. The culture is very customer friendly and responsive. Further, their on-line banking services, that I use a lot, are very productive and user friendly, better than most of my experience with bigger banks. Their checking account has no fees, and their savings account pays notably higher interest rates than most other banks. I see no reason to look elsewhere.

Jeannette was/ is absolutely amazing. We had Been shopping around for business banking that day. Once we walked in and spoke to her we were team Embassy. Very polite, super personable and knowledgeable! Keep up the great work and thank you Jeannette!!!

I have been a board member of my club for seven months.. I drop the club deposit at Embassy bank most Mondays or Tuesdays... The ladies working behind their desks are ALWAYS fantastic. We talk about our weekends and how we are "doing overall" …. The bank is very inviting and comfortable... Embassy bank and I will be doing more business together soon..

I have my personal accounts as well as my business accounts with Embassy Bank for several years now. If you do not have your accounts with them, please reach out to them and have a conversation - you'll move them there! Their customer service is second to none. It's stressful when you change banks for a business let alone personally but Sue made the experience as smooth as it could possibly go. No BS, no excuses....simply no problems!

Awful bank, the free checking seems Good at first, but the customer service is terrible at best. They don't have tellers behind the screen in order to make it more personal but what is the point of that if the tellers are rude and mean? The lady who opened my account had so much Eagles fan materials and fan gear that her desk was barely usable, then later I find out she entered my address wrong on the account and that delayed my debit card for several weeks and it never ended up coming in the mail (had to go pick it up at another branch location). Every time I go there, even if its to make deposit, you are treated with a very nasty attitude. Comparing this with other banks I use, it's like night and day how much worse Embassy bank is. Zero courtesy.
