I use to love doing business with this company for years. Then in November of 2017 things took a turn for the worst. They stopped paying agency commissions. Numerous of calls and emails with empty promises and here we are now June of 2018 and still no commissions. Now they don’t even return calls or emails. The marketing rep doesn’t even do her monthly visits to see how we are doing. The only thing they have said is that they are conducting an internal audit due to some issues found after the prior administrator left. So so disappointed in this company and the way they have acted and lack of response.
