I bought 2 beautiful purses at wonderful prices and brand new I'm soooooo happy with both I had 2 bracelets fixed there and my husband bought me this beautiful necklace there too at an awesome price brand new the owner is so genuine and nice and Caitlyn is great in the jewelry part very informative and an amazing girl inside and out

They’re not know how to pawn and buying your stuff super cheap probably for that reason they have good review of people going there to buy not sell or Pawn ( Buy stuffs supper cheap and resell it high price !!!!!!!) . Today modern times ,every one knows the value of the item , they do not having the PAWN system to check the prices and estimated for the item buying or pawn ,they’re just comparing Prices with EBay Auction on the internet ????????selling item and getting the prices out there, better going to different Pawnshop to getting better prices? just 5 miles away Colorado Pawn shop I have the prices double for my items!????how are they do that ?must be Different way of EBay item estimate and check prices!???? Not a first stop for doing business every item pulled off EBay auction prices to compare ,better pawn around first,I never going back there to selling or pawn,.!!!!!! Better the manager of the shop should check and going over again make sure the customer get the right value and money for their items so they will come back again!?!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love this place. Their prices are always reasonable and the women that run the counters OMG they’re always so friendly and helpful from helping you find the item you’re looking for to even helping you get discounts and one of the things I love most about this place is that they make a good quality custom pieces. I run the jewelry counter at Walmart and I get so many customers looking for certain pieces of jewelry that Walmart doesn’t carry in store so I always refer them there.

I have been going to so many places trying to get a custom ring made and was referred to this place. I had gotten many quotes from well known jewelry places and jewelers and was blown away at what they charge and the different fees each place had. But thanks to the owner and his partnership with different manufacturers, I am getting my ring made here. Not only is it getting made quicker, but also a lot cheaper!!! The staff is amazing!!! The owner is amazing!!! They take customer service to a whole new level that surpasses anything I have ever dealt with. Some people raise an eye to "Pawn Shops". But I don't think you could ever put this place into that category. The shop, employees, owner and merchandise is so much more of a higher quality and held to a higher standard. Everyone should check out this place. You will be amazed and hopefully blown away just as I was.

Great Pawnshop in Port Saint Lucie. I was treated very well by Delsa, she is very efficient and friendly, the store is very clean and had a lots of items, I bought a nice pair of earring for my grandma a very good price. This place is a total rip off they offered me 30 dollars for my 200 dollar drill and 2 batteries that were 50 dollars a piece.. went up the road to Colorado pawn and they have 120 for the loan that I needed.. the 2 girls were so unprofessional.. texting on there phone and cursing while I was waiting.. total waste of my time. Will never go back there

I have been buying tools and other items from this place for a while now... Every time, friendly and good service. Last week I went in for jewel piece to be identified and assessed, Caitlin was very knowledgeable and quick provided the details I needed and offer to repair the piece at a very reasonable price. This place has such great customer service once you open the door your greeted with smiles and respectful people, they have a huge selection of items 👏 I love the vibe in this store.
