I'm not one to leave reviews, but joe Ruhlman really went above and beyond for us! Everyone talks about how stressful it is to buy a home. Well joe made our experience with buying our first home stress free! We had talk to other lenders and definitely did not feel confident and really had no connection whatsoever. After talking to joe we felt very confident in him and felt like he gave us so many options that would suit our needs. He was very friendly and welcoming and did not give us false expectations!
