Elite collision did outstanding work. They did an incredible job of keeping me in the loop and up to date on all aspects of the repair. Communication was A+ and the work was perfect.

I love this place from beginning to end all the staff was great! Friendly helpful, updated me on my repairs. The place was clean had my rental there on time Enterprise and the work looked great much better then any place I have ever used! I will absolutely use them again if needed and would recommend to anyone who asks. One more thing the price was very reasonable!

Very professional, detail oriented, kept me up-to-date with best customer service and had our Toyota 4runner looking like new! Worst experience ever. We specifically told them that if we had to pay out of pocket for anything then don’t touch our vehicle. They did not listen to my wife and we still had to pay out of pocket. They did not contact us about it until after it was done and then they said why we owed them. Also the owner of that business was so rude to my wife over the phone. They were only supposed to look at her vehicle and not do any work. I will never recommend this place ever. Again worst experience ever. NEVER have your car here without looking at better places. They took my money and didn’t even fix my wife’s vehicle. They will be hearing from her attorney about getting our money back.

This is the second time I've used Elite for car accident repair. Both times they have done an amazing job repairing the vehicle and getting it back in a timely manner. They are able to take care of rental service and used to dealing different insurance companies, even the more difficult ones. The two ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful and the rest of the staff are as well. I hope to not need their service again, but will definitely return if needed. Definitely recommend to everyone.

I brought my car to Elite to have a little work done after a fender bender and they were AWESOME! They use only OEM parts and didn't let the insurance company push the aftermarket option. Brett was super nice, super professional and kept me posted on what was going on. The turn around time was quicker than expected. 10/10 would go back if needed and 100% recommend them to everyone!

Amazing service and staff, I was very pleased and appreciated all the great customer service from all the employees and my car looks perfect. They were very professional and handled the majority of everything including insurance and rental car pickup and drop off and kept me very informed on the process with a very convenient location. I was very impressed with their service and quality! It may not be a Hellcat but the car means a lot to me. I was worried the color wouldn’t come out right but they matched and blended it perfectly. From stories told of nightmarishly long repair times for part supply issues, I was so impressed with their turn around time!!! They kept me up to date with weekly check ins and dealt with the painful process of insurance claim and rental car for me. I would highly recommend Elite!!

Caroline, the office manager, was very kind and walked me through the whole process to get my car fixed. Ty kept in touch with me every few days to give me an update on my vehicle, which was in the shop for about 3 weeks (they were waiting on parts for 2 of those weeks). They are kind, wonderful at explaining, patient, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again in the future, should I need their services! :)

I needed a long, light scratch buffed out of the finish of one side of my car. Brett fit me in to their very busy schedule and assessed it could be removed by buffing... which it was, flawlessly. The charge was for 2 hours of buffing. I was glad, and would use Elite again. Thank you Brett and Mr. Bufferman!

they were great to work with ,they kept us in formed about every thing they handled every thing with insurance and with the car rental for us car was done quickly and looked great and if i ever need car repair again they will be the one i take it to.

Was referred here by a friend. They did a great job. It took a while due to parts being back ordered but they communicated as often as they could with any updates. Staff was very friendly and good at multitasking.

Well they did a great job on the bed and the paint of my 2009 dodge 3500 .They stayed in touch with me and were always very courteous . I work nights and they seemed to respect that . They handled everything with the car rental and insurance company so I did almost nothing . I almost give them a 5 star , but there was a couple of little things that are not worth mentioning . So its a 4.8 for me and I would go back to this place if need be , Thank you Elite Andre Elswick

Elite Collision Center was AMAZING!! Gavin walked me through the whole process at the beginning of the appt and updated me weekly on the updates on my Honda. He was amazing!!! So thankful to be able to work with such a great team like Elite! My car turned out perfectly and I’m so excited to have my car back looking better than ever! I would highly recommend Elite to anyone ! From the beginning getting an Appraisal, to the end of picking up my vehicle the experience was great. They walked me through everything step for step, helped me with uploading pics instead of having to come in for an estimate in repair. They ordered my rental for me, kept me updated on parts being order. Have never had a better experience with an Auto body shop! Appreciate all of you 💜

10/10 would recommend this place to anybody to get their car repaired. Everybody is so welcoming and nice during a tough time while dealing with an accident. From the moment I dropped my car off they scheduled me a rental car and took care of all the insurance checks. They kept me updated with part deliveries and even finished my car 3 days before the estimated date. Amazing team. Thank you Elite
