Vanessa set my account up and did an exceptional job explaining all of the benefits and products offered. I was originally just moving one vehicle loan over to Elga but after speaking with her I’ve now moved everything over because of my great experience! That’s even after being with another credit union almost 10 years. It felt like I was talking to a friend - thanks for everything!

Amanda was super amazing with helping me with my auto loan and rolling over my credit card from Dort Federal whom I'm leaving. Super friendly as well! She made everything so easy. Her associate Brendan was also helpful with removing my names from former loans. Great people at the Lapeer branch everyone is always super friendly.

Amanda is an exemplary representative. She went above and beyond to go over my options and thoroughly explain how every nuance would effect my accounts. As someone who works in a question-heavy environment I appreciate her dedication to answering every question to the fullest extent and not hesitating to reach out when needed to verify the information so that I didn't have to take extra steps for my loan and title transfers.

Vanessa was very nice helped me opened two bank accounts and answered all my question she was awesome and even suggested an account that was right for me definitely looking forward to see how this bank is going to help me. I suggest going and seeing her.

Fantastic place. Great people. Not sure why there are any bad reviews. If you can't drive in the snow, or struggle with basic math, perhaps the problems you have are your own.

I see a lot of 1 star reviews for the silliest things. Maybe that person had a bad day that day? I don’t know. But let me tell you guys something. Elga has been the best place for all of my financial needs. The customer service is more than 5 stars. Leroy Hinds in the loan department is fantastic! He deserves 10 star reviews. But all in all, I’ve never had an issue with the staff at this location. Always very professional and understanding. Every time I have a financial adventure, this team and company are always there willing to lend out a hand with the best rates as well for any loan I’ve gotten.
