    The MOST unprofessional group I have ever dealt with. Our closer spoke to me like a scolded child. Said things in front of the group that never should have been said. I don't know if there is another title company in town. I will use someone in another town when I sell next time. ZERO STARS

    I would give a zero, but it doesn't go that low. I have sold properties in the last 3 years. This was by far the worst experience i have ever had. Sad part I didn't pick them my realtor did. and even worse is they only heard bad experiences from this place. so not sure why they went this route. It turned out they told me to rush my paperwork overnight to arrive on Tuesday. Turns out the lady who told me that Karen Perkins was off and nothing was done with my paperwork. Now that wasted over 50 dollars in rushing fees plus I had to go into town a day early which town is about a hour and half drive one way. so that was also a big waste and i could have done it the next day as i had appointments. after all was said and done they wouldn't close it and we had to go to another title company. Please save yourself money and time by not EVER going here.
