Elements Financial is an entire financial institution ensuring that you have the best information available to help you financially. They have individuals who will meet with you to ensure your financial success. I've done such and now have several accounts with them. There has never been a moment where I've encountered the "banking attitude". Elements is a financial institution that also believes in education of the consumer so that they have all the tools available to them to make good financial decisions for their future. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Also customer service over the telephone is always great and that's important since they are the voice of the company. I love my bank!

I have my bank accounts, mortgage, and car loan through Elements. Both the mortgage and car loan had the best quoted interest rates so it was a no brainer to go through Elements. I was a first time home buyer and they had a special program specifically for first time buyers (no PMI!). I was even able to refinance my mortgage quickly and as painlessly as possible. Everyone I have dealt with has been incredibly helpful and thorough. When an issue cropped up with adding my husband to my accounts it was quickly fixed. I will definitely continue using Elements for myself and my family's financial needs.

I have had several experiences with Elements, including checking account, student loan, and home equity loan. And each time I have had superb, friendly, and timely service. They make everything really easy to navigate. Everything has been a good experience, I will use them again if I have a need!

I switched from my long time banking institute to Elements last October and I could not be happier. The reps are very friendly and helpful. I worked on refinancing my home and the attention I received through the whole process was unbelievable, they made me feel like a person and not just a person trying to get a product. Elements is a fantastic credit union. The customer service is very efficient and informative . Everyone I have worked with has been very professional and pleasant. They have created a very user friendly app that has been extremely easy to navigate. I also love how many atms I can use without having to pay a fee! I've been a member for nearly 30 years and the reason I remain loyal is based on the consistent, quality service and the efficiency in how they handle the products they have. I've experienced many changes with the credit union over that time frame but I've always felt they have been there for me as part of their community of members. I have experienced challenges as well but they have always been met professionally and usually resolved quickly. I first heard about Elements through my job. They partnered with my company to provide financial services for their employees. It's honestly pretty awesome! They would provide classes about anything and everything about your personal finances. This was awesome for me. I had just graduated from college with a real "adult" jobs and needed to know how to save my money, apply for a car loan, invest some money and eventually get a loan for a house. I would HIGHLY recommend Elements to anyone that is needing help.

Elements has all of the same products as big banks, but has better rates and less fees! As a Young Professional, they have helped me get a credit card, checking account, auto loan, and mortgage. I’ve even started investing with Elements Wealth Management. The people are great to work with!

Everything about Elements is great! The checking and savings accounts, the credit card (though the APR is a little high), the customer service at the Government Center, and the email newsletters that will enhance your financial literacy!

At 8:05 am and the call is awnsered "due to heavy customer call..... blah blah and go online and chat." I guess there are people at the coffee chating about their Friday happy hrs plans. SMH.

Working with Element Financial has been a great experience. Brooke Kersey is by far the most professional and knowledgeable loan specialist. She is patient and her follow up is impeccable. Brooke’s client management skills are by far the best I’ve seen in 30 years. Very happy with my experiences.

Worst ever they send threatening letters to repo vehicles and impact loan on false claims when proven wrong they hang up they refuse to accept the title as it shows there name on it saying they are not on it they are a scam be ware!!!! Will be sueing them if they touch anything of mine! They breach contract and feel they don't owe anything but if one of us breach a contract they would take our kids if they could !!

I just finished refinancing my mortgage with Elements Financial and it was an absolutely perfect experience! The initial online application was easy, clear, and thorough and I was contacted by a knowledgeable and friendly representative within an appropriate amount of time. He gave me the details about where my application stood and, importantly, he gave me the time I needed to get back to him. Not once did he call again or email me to pressure me into continuing the process. Another company that I was considering (NOT Elements) actually harassed me after I made the initial inquiry and they were rude and defensive when I did not return their call. I actually blocked their phone number, it got so bad. The entire process with Elements went very smoothly and EVERYONE I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I needed to refinance by a deadline and Elements worked diligently to make sure my deadline was met. In fact, I even had several days to spare! I 100% recommend refinancing a mortgage with Elements. Sean and Janene were fantastic!

I REGRET ever initiating an Auto Loan with Elements Financial every single time I need to do ANYTHING with my Account. Aside from look-at a Statement Online and some simple payment features from my required "Savings" account to the Loan Account, the website is horrific and provides FEW real amenities of an online presence. The majority of tasks is accomplished via phone call, return phone call (since Customer Service Representatives are Generalists often unfamiliar with specific items required or unable to access the appropriate forms). Ultimately a paper form must be signed and submitted (whether mailed to me or send via email) to a department somewhere to get anything done, including but not limited to Address Changes, Changes of Name, Changes of State/Title and Lein Holder Information, Changes in Auto-Pay (yes, this really SHOULD be an online feature, but while you can create and confirm an online account from a Banking Institution elsewhere, you cannot remove or make other changes without a physical, signed and mailed form). Honestly, the BIGGEST MISTAKE I made was to follow-up on a Credit Karma recommendation to save a few dollars in interest on my Used Auto Loan and to move away from CapitalOne, which had everything available online and was hassle-free. Most Customer Service Associates are pleasant, although it does take some time to get to them (especially more post-COVID-19). But seldm can I get anything DONE and someone else needs to call to call me back (taking more time, risking a missed call and adding to the work required to manage simple tasks). I'm not sure how being "Like a bank, only better" is at all possible - since it's two-to-three times the work and really not worth the overall savings (service is mediocre and I have been annoyed by uninformed, poorly trained and confused "Service Associates" as many times as pleased). STAY AWAY!
