Has a fantastic experience and location people are extremely nice they help you with any problems that you may have I've been doing business with them since 2008 and trust me I have no complaints here just always positive reviews Thank You Eglin Federal Credit Union for the on going experience that we share.....

Staff are always friendly but the bank seems to be stuck in the '90's. A relic of the past, they're one of the few banks who adhere to the cliche of "banker's hours:" no customer support outside of M-F, 9-5; some departments close up shop up to 10 minutes prior to 5. They also require a paper application for mortgages and certain other lines of credit. They do not accept bulk coins but rely on the same Coinstar machines you'd find at your local supermarket. And, as some of my recent ACH transactions would suggest, they also appear to manually approve all ACH deposits wherein approval or disapproval is left to the individual clerk's judgment rather than broad policy. Their app is barely functional. And, they do not have many of the services many other banks offer with checking accounts; services such as Zelle, or automatic confirmation for linking other financial institutions (such as paypal, TD Ameritrade, etc). I mean, sure, the credit rates are phenomenal but I'm not sure if I can continue managing my money and daily transactions through this bank. I can get good credit rates at more modern institutions. EglinFCU is a relic of the past. They're your Grandad's bank.

One star just because the people are nice. Constantly my login is disable for no reason or explanation. Countless time when your servers are down my debit card doesn't work putting me in uncomfortable situations. Checking account was automatically closed and debit cards expired due inactive card balance. I could go on for ever and have expressed concerns many times. Is is not including the wrong doing you have caused my wife with her account as well. This is why big banks are taking over.

I wasnt gonna share the rude experiences ive had woth this credit union but seeing as most of the other reviews are mostly negative i figured id put my two cents in... every single time ive been into this credit union in navarre or mary ester which ever it is ive been treated in a negative manner.. now im sure that my tattoos have somethimg to do with the way the people in the bank treat me but i think it is very disgusting for a banks employeed to treat customers the way ive been treated in this bank...this is a joint account with my girlfriend and ive never had any issues at the other two banks i do bussiness with and no doubt will be looking for another local credit union to put our money in

The Credit Union helps me fell valued. The people are truly amazing and go way and above. Thank You.

If your an independent contractor like a real estate agent go to another bank, they will hold EVERY check you try to deposit after closing. And when you’re unhappy with the “services” they will make it next to impossible to close your account.

I've always gotten good service. They stay pretty busy at all the branches, but I have been there when loan department has someone in the offices getting what they need and have had to wait a bit, but always get served with a smile at Navarre and Mary Esther Branches.

The people are very nice and take good care of you. They do notaries and have financial services.

They always take care of what ever I need done.

I have been a member for 17 years without any issues.The staff at this location makes you feel like family.
