I can't even filter what type of transaction I'm looking for online i.e if i wanted to see when $60 was deducted from my account I'd have to look at all debits.

Terrible customer service, Jeffery is extremely rude!! Responding to your response, what is concerning is one of your employees answer the phone as Jeffery and now you’re saying you don’t even have a employee named that. Which makes sense the way he treated me.
