Absolutely terrible service due to ZERO communication. Alma was to be our closer. Had to ask several times for the information to wire our earnest money as we live out of state. Once that was all squared away we ended up needing to terminate the contract. All paperwork stating such was submitted on July 30th and despite NUMEROUS attempts to contact we STILL have not heard back from anyone regarding our account or about receiving our earnest money—over TWO WEEKS LATER. We have now resorted to getting our attorney involved. Alma is the absolute worst.

Horrible communication within the team. Was asked to make an appointment to meet with Alicia about purchasing a property but honestly it was pointless. Went in for my appointment and Alicia didn’t come out till 20 minutes after our scheduled meeting time. Furthermore, she just talked to me in the lobby instead of leading me to her office and properly asking me what I needed help with. About 10 minutes later the receptionist gave me some papers and put me and the second party in an empty room for a total of 40 minutes. No one told us what the next steps were or what we should be expecting, we weren’t even given a pen to start filling out the forms. At the end I had to go look for someone for some guidance and while Alicia was no where to be found, an older man told us that they wouldn’t be able to help us with what we’re we’re trying to do. I definitely do not recommend this place. The rudeness, lack of communication, and waste of time with hold me back from doing business with them in the future.
