I personally really love this Bank! We used to bank with Chase and it just felt like such a crazy Corporation the only thing I liked about them was her online banking. Since then educator says really up there online banking and it seems to be working excellent. I would highly recommend checking him out for all your banking needs.

Ever since they did away with the deposit slips, the transactions I do through the drive through have been wrong 75 percent of the time. We have several accounts and even though I provide written instructions the money ends up to the wrong account. Today my back was bothering me so I went through the drive through, sure enough the transaction was done wrong! The tellers are always apologetic and fix the problem quickly, but this is getting old fast! We have been customers here for 7 or so years and never had a problem, since they deposit slips disappeared it's become a real issue. I get cranky just thinking about doing our banking.

Angela Nelson was excellent to work with. She went out of her way numerous times to make sure our loan went as smooth as possible. She was very friendly with great customer service.

Their online system has had me change the password three times in the last month. This is quite a hassle when there are three accounts involved and Quicken as well. I will be closing these accounts after two years with them.

I love the quality of service I receive from Educators Credit Union. They go the extra mile to ensure my transactions are processed correctly. Furthermore, there are many bonuses to being an ECU member that make banking here an easy choice. This location has been especially good to me. Thank you, Educators Credit Union for all you do.

Love this credit union. Have been with them for years. I would have given it 5 stars but trying to get in touch with them over the phone is awful. On hold for a very long time with the same phone number listed for all branches, not our local one. Personal service does not extend to phoning them.

Terrific small town credit union! Fees are normal, free ATMs with other local CUs. Friendly folks. Would highly recommend over Guaranty bank, us bank, or chase.
