This is my first time doing business with the Educational Systems Credit Union. they made the process of applying for my car loan very easy from start to finish. Their interest rates are great and I did my research prior to applying. The icing on the cake for me was how courteous and professional their representative Ms. Jeanelle Wallace was. Great place to do business !!!!

I love this bank! The people there are so amazing. They help you with any and everything, with such positive attitudes. I have been a member since I was 16 years old, and I have had no complaints with anyone.

Lisa Tilley did an amazing job transferring our accounts after we had an identity theft issue on our home computer. Thanks to the extremely efficient response from Sandra, all our accounts were instantly frozen before the hackers could gain access. The Prince Frederick branch is the only one I have been to. Teller ltilley is always so friendly and welcoming. I can tell she loves helping people and takes pride in her work. Just all around great staff!! Will always have my business in future loans.

The employee's that work at the Credit Union in Prince Frederick are the best. They go out of their way to help you in any way they can. They are very polite and courteous to each member. They have given me the best banking experience I have ever had. They also are 100% on top of everything. I've never had a problem with the employee's that work there. Each employee is happy to see you, and do business with you, which tells me they like their jobs a lot, which makes me happy to bank there. The employee's connection to customer's is wonderful, and spot on. Their the best!!!!!!!!!

Stop by there to inquire about refinancing my vehicle. A miss wallace help me at the prince frederick branch. Answered all my questions and all for the deal I couldn't resist so I took it. Such an easy transaction. Couldn't ask for friendlier people and. Highly recommend if you need banking services to do it there.

The ladies at the Prince Frederick Branch, really know how to help their customers. Both were very helpful with a recent financial transaction. Both were working with other customers when I arrived, as soon as Lisa's associate was finished, she started to assist me in the process. When Lisa finished with her customer, she started to assist me in the process till it was completed. Both of these congenial ladies work great as a team and I highly recommend them for their ability to help their customers. Outstanding customer service.

This place is absolutely awful, they added insurance to my loan without me knowing and expected me to pay their bill when my vehicle was already insured. I then spoke with the branch manager who advised itd be taken care of and never was. I had to come out of pocket 2 years later for their mess up, absolutely disgusting this bank lets things like this happen, glad i left! I will never use this bank again for anything, i suggest bb&t or suntrust!
