They explained what happened and got me the statements in minutes and then directed to Joan to explain my last question. She then smoothly introduced me to another one of their services offered at ESFCU, NOT forcing me to take it. My card was used to make fraudulent purchases. The phone assistance was excellent. When going to the Rockville branch, the lady who took care of my problem, was efficient, amiable and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name but know she is of Grecian origin. She deserves a raise.
