Educational Employees Credit Unon - EECU - Merced Branch E Yosemite Ave A, Merced

This EECU location is usually moderately busy. I attribute this to the fact that is is the northernmost location for EECU. That being said this location is very nice, always clean, and the employees are very pleasant. On my most recent visit I went to point out a mistake they had made. Turns out it was my mistake. The teller was extremely pleasant in pointing that out and pointing out one other thing that I had missed. I have been a long time customer or EECU and will continue to be so for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend this credit Union.

It’s a wonderful bank but they never update their website it said they were open today but I went and it was closed and it would be very nice if people answer the phone

My experience was not that great first time in my life that I have such an experience I waited over one hour. They let me know I would be ok to come back at 4:00 pm they can take me to open up a checking account I went back they let me know to schedule an appointment. The information they gave me from the branch and the bank was totally different just frustrating when you have your children with you in 100 degree weather I hope next time they can work on there customer service.

I've been a member since my first year of college. Which was in 2011. I have always had good experiences with the employees of this bank. Not only does everyone always have a friendly attitude, but they try their best to help you if you have any questions or problems.

I've been a member since this institution has opened in Merced. The ladies smile and welcome their clients to the establishment. The fellas act like every male who walks in, is there in an attempt to hit on the female employees. I was there recently with my 9 year old daughter, dude in the next window kept on eye on me like he a reason to, until I called him on his BS behavior. He cowardly denied any such doing and got back to work. C'mon man, have some respect, and a lil class, it goes a long way.

I recently refinanced my vehicle with EECU and Leslie Haywood was incredibly helpful with the whole process! She was informative and transparent! I highly recommend doing business with her.

Great experience!! My husband and I are UC Merced students and we wanted to apply for an auto loan. Although there was a mistake at first and they said that they can not open any account for us nor giving any kind of loan, the next business day I received a call from the assistant branch manager (Jayme), she apologized and wanted to make it up to us. She was very helpful and explained all the options and she was willing to call the dealership herself and make everything right. Things are not finalized yet and we are waiting for the dealership to send some documents but I hope everything goes well and we can get the loan with a low rate from EECU. By the way, the girl helping us the first day (Michell) was nice and helpful.

Overall OKAY bank. Customer service and people skills are always great. The things the employees cannot control however are what ruin the banking experience here for me. The website and app never update immidiatleh at least for me, which have cause overdrafts and have lead to overdraft fees because of the statement showing a balance higher than what is really there. Also, the HOURS. The business hours of this bank are HORRENDOUS. they are open 8 hours a day. Oh and on Friday. You get an amazing one more hour to hopefully make it before they close at 6. Don't even plan on visiting this bank on the weekends because they'll be closed both Saturday and Sunday. Also, if you plan on calling the bank. You won't and can't. You'll end up speaking w HQ or some department which handle all questions. So you can't even speak w someone who helped you out previously.

This is a great bank except this particular day,there was a long line.However there was a sign posted aBout their new system
