Educational Employees Credit Union - EECU - Reedley Branch W North Ave, Reedley

I am not sure about everyone complaining on this form, But if you ever been apart of any other bank. This place has always been nice to me and having a small business they have been help full. I have always like there service. Compared to other banks they have been a blessing to me, They have Issues some times with the ATM but its ok. Going into the Credit Union is better than any Bank.

Terrible experience. The lady in the second cubicle on the left did whatever she could to get me out. I'm assuming she was ready to leave for lunch but why take on a client when you know you have plans. She was rushing the process, falsely promising expectations, and exceptionally not delivering a good customer experience. In my case she would not be fit for a loan processor position. I wish I got her name but she didn't even mind to make the experience personal yet professional from the get go. I would say to leave your business else where. I usually do business in selma and have yet to have an issue with that branch. I won't be near this location ever and promise to make sure friends and family avoid doing business with this branch. UPDATE: They ran my credit under my approval or disclosure. Under fair credit act 604 this is illegal and they need to be regulated closely the credit bureau. They ran my credit twice without my permission and its affecting it. They gave me the run around.

Personnel are the best!! Very patient and knowledgeable. Sweet and polite.

All EECU Atms are always unavailable! Went from Dinuba to reedley and all 3 atms didnt work this happens very often!

Customers service is horrible. When you sign in to see a representative they take forever to see you. It has been multiple times when I have visited this branch and sat there for 30min without being seen. Then someone else walks in and gets seen right away by a customer service representative. This is not customer service. Very disgusted with how they operate.

Worst bank ever. ATMs are always out. Long lines. Long wait times. Most inconvenient location.

Very disappointed with the customer service at EECU in Reedley, just switched bank and I'm already regretting it. Needed to update my account due to a name change and they had me back and forth to the bank 3 times almost 4, after I told them that I dont have time to be wasting. Maria customer service is awful. she was very rude and did not want to help me updating my account. Maria very unprofessional decided to send me with Veronica so that she could help me out updating my account. which she did it with no problem. Thank you Veronica.

They always pull out money for transfer fees even if you have money in the accounts. I have been a ECCU banker for a few years now with excellent credit and I’m never able to get any kind of loans from them. They are very difficult. Disappointing!

Yup customer service is awful. The 3 different ladies that have helped me. Have given terrible service asking very personal questions and other one not helping me properly to resolve my issue, I just feel they need to get trained better to treat their customers with more respect. In my opinion the bank is great just not the staff

Terrible experience I came in to make a cash deposit which I had counted three times before coming in the lady at the counter told me an amount and amount that was $10 less than the actual total but told me there was no way to check because she had already put it in the machine when she called the manager over the manager there was very rude and wouldn’t help me out at all and said there was no way it was short so I basically got screwed out of my own money that I was depositing it is unfortunate because this is my local EECU I will never come here again
