Whenever I go to this place I have a good experience, I have never had a bad experience, on the contrary, a few days ago I opened an account I liked the efficiency and the attention they gave me, we already have experience with the bank, we have even made loans and if they have not Accepted we have other bank preferences and as we have sometimes tried to be assisted with loans but they ask for a lot of requirements

    Response from the owner

They are a nice banking credit union but I had alot of things I had to accomplish today on this black Friday and they were already closed for thanksgiving and now they are closed for black Friday. They should have at least opened early to let alot of people get to their money. I would've rated them higher at 4 but I missed bill payments and I planned on getting my kids electronics today but no dice. Online provided times are wrong for holidays and should be more detailed because it told me they would be open today. I'm switching to another bank as soon as they open!!!!!!

I have never ever had a bank charge me to get my own account balance over the phone. If y'all needing money that bad I think I need to find another bank. That's a joke.

    Response from the owner

overall okay, usually good place to start to open a bank account specially for international students. Compared to other banks, they don't provide detailed online services.

Why is it that the systems are always down?? Can't sign in online, can't use my card. I call the 800 assistance number and they don't even know why they can't sign into their stuff. Thankfully I can still pull money out from an ATM otherwise I'd be screwed. This happens WAY too often! It's very irritating and inconvenient.

They really help you with loans as far as building your credit. The only thing I wish they would have ATM cards for SAVINGS ACCT. They had them before. Please bring ATM cards for SAVINGS ACCT. Everyone doesn't have a checking acct.

    Response from the owner

Hi Tiffany! Thanks for being a member! We do apologize that there are no ATMs for saving accounts at this time. However, we do offer a checking account with no fees and great features like direct deposits, unlimited withdrawals, and dividend payments! If you would like a representative to reach out to you for more info on this, we'd be happy to! You can check out more at https://www.educationfirstfcu.org/Personal/Bank/Checking/Standard-Checking. Have a great evening!
