Don't do business with these lying manipulative crooks, whether as a buyer or seller. That is unless you you like to be lied to and strung along (6 weeks) being told your prospective buyer is approved. That is until the "Day of Closing" after having sold your furniture and moved out of your home only to find out your buyer was denied a mortgage. I'm sure the buyer wasn't thrilled either. Mike Harper is a super professional guy and very knowledgeable in every aspect of lending. I was looking for a very specific loan and he nailed it!! He seems talented in finding loans for every budget and situation.
