Approximately a few months ago, Eddie helped me refinance my home. When I originally started the process with a different loan officer, I felt overwhelmed and confused by the entire process, which made me second-guess refinancing so I initially stopped the process. Shortly after this, I was referred to Eddie by a friend and my experience with Eddie was completely different and excellent! Eddie was patient and thoroughly explained the refinancing process to me. He was available whenever I needed a question answered or needed help filling out paperwork, and I was impressed by how quickly he responded to me either via phone/email.
