The staff in this office are friendly and very competent. My claim was handled equitably and efficiently.

I totally do not recommend this agency. The girls in their give you constant wrong information. Then when you bring it to their attention they blame you and say it's your fault. Even when you give them the details to show they were wrong then they apologized and then they make another false accusation. So like I say if you don't want your policy to lapse unexpectedly or to be charged too much at which time they will say it's your fault then don't do business with them.

This is an outstanding office! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They get information back to me in a great timing manor. I love that I can make an appointment with Ed at any time. I would recommend this office to anyone any day!

I've been with them for over 20 years and they have always been very nice and professional.

We had severe hail damage to our roof. After requesting someone look at it for almost a month, an adjuster finally showed up, looked around, and said the damage was almost exactly the same as the deductible. Imagine that! So we're out $11,000 for an insured roof.

I miss Nicole, she was awesome!! The newer people are ok, they just need to learn their stuff. I've been with State Farm for decades. They do a great job!
