Ed and his team were very quick and efficient and answered all my questions throughout the entire process. I expecially liked the videos explaining each step of the process. It was a very quick process. The only down side was the payouts to the creditors are sent by regular mail which takes two or more weeks for payments to post and one check got lost and had to be reissued and overnighted.

I was having problems with my current mortgage provider. My brother who is in real estate recommended Ed. After a year and a half of trying to get the conventional loan I was looking for. Ed and his team was able to help me out. With my refinance it was quick, easy, and efficient. Every resource and team member was quite knowledgeable in their field, was extremely friendly, and went above and beyond during the process. I highly recommend this for anyone new, experienced, or with questions with buying or refinancing their property.
