It has been nice to deal with a competent team. Bumps and turns in the process are to be expected in an ever changing lending market. The team at Econ helped us select the best product for our need and walked us through it all.

I just finished my refinance through ECON. They are excellent. I've done about 10 loans in my life and doing this one through ECON was the smoothest. I worked with Phil, Blake, and several staff members, all of whom were helpful. One of the best parts is how much money they save you on closing costs over what banks and credit unions charge.

Casey and Olivia were a pleasure to work with. My wife and I reached out to several lenders and brokers prior to refinancing and Econ's rates could not be beat. We have refinanced with Casey twice now and he has never let me down. Signing was also quick and easy. Definitely recommend!

I had been deciding between selling and refinancing my home for at least the last year. I happened to fill out one of those online ‘see if you qualify’ questionnaires. Of course I was inundated with phone calls/texts/emails on an hourly basis. Most were almost obnoxious. Paul from Econ Mortgage happened to be one of those texts but from a completely different view point-He was wonderful. I had been through a lot with family and Covid, just wasn’t ready to do anything. Paul was so good about giving me the time I needed without losing complete touch with me. He was so kind and understanding yet I could tell he sincerely wanted to help me with what I needed. He was so patient with me and provided me with a list of everything I needed to put together. As I mentioned, I was getting calls from numerous companies, Econ Mortgage was by far the easiest to work with, the most professional and provided me with the best rate. Neither Paul, Blake or anyone else from their team ever pressured me to make decisions I wasn't comfortable with, yet were supportive and always available to answer my questions. Once I had my part taken care of, within just a day or two they had me an appointment so I could close. Everything honestly went so smoothly, I have no idea why I waited so long (except the rates did seem to keep going down 😉) It was a great experience. I would recommend Phil and his team at Econ Mortgage to anyone I know without any hesitation. I have no doubt that anyone I suggest work with Econ Mortgage would end up having my same positive experience and they too would recommend Econ Mortgage to their family and friends. The people who work here are amazing. They answered our questions simply, quickly, and thoroughly.
