I moved my family over 700 miles and wouldn't have been able to do it without the help of Cassie Hoover. She put me in touch with tons of perspective properties and great relators in Oklahoma. Cassie had my family's peace of mind as a priority right from the start. Like I said we couldn't have done this without her.

I unfortunately have to agree with the bad reviews here for the realtors who manage the rental properties. We rushed in to sign a lease with the intent to move into a rental home right away and were given the keys. The house was filthy when we got there. The realtor openly admitted she had not done the walk through she was supposed to do. Then we ended up having the clean the stairs ourselves, as they were not cleaned when we got there (dog hair everywhere). The realtor had the audacity to ask for pictures because she has worked with the cleaners for 9 years. My whole family is allergic to dogs - when all I had to do was sit on the stairs to get hives - I don’t need to send pictures to let you know they weren’t cleaned. Had a walkthrough been done after the second time it was supposed to be cleaned, I suspect she would have been able to see for herself but alas a walkthrough was never done. I would highly recommend looking for a realtor elsewhere.

Judi Wright sold this home without consulting me. I am the former owner's eldest daughter and heir. My permanent address was the location of the home sold. I was not informed of the listing or the sale by Ebby Halliday or my two siblings. I am angry enough to consult an attorney at this point. 😡

Wendy Smith was awesome to work with. She knew what she was doing and was extremely professional. Wendy made our experience effortless and hassle free. We can't say enough good things about her. HIGHLY recommend!

Unfortunately we had a bad experience on a custom home in Frisco with the Paulette Greene Group specifically Mary Controneo who was so unprofessional she did not show to our closing and had no knowledge of real estates negotiations or laws. They are only in it for the money and we have so many other friends that are agents and within the organization that I feel I have to report this to prevent another good honest family from our experience.

The Property Management division is very unprofessional and not responsive to complaints in spite of calling multiple times and leaving messages.
