Eaton Family Credit Union Babbitt Rd, Euclid

Staff is super friendly and helpful but If you want a place that you will be able to use your money this is not the place. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I called and waited about 30 minutes to speak with a representative and then missed my deadline in which I had to have money submitted because the debit card blocks your transactions and does not let you use your money as you wish. Will be switching to another bank asap.

This bank is terrible! They don't notify you of changes, they place holds on your credit cards without telling you. I have been sent to a non working voice mail without a return call. They are super quick to report things to credit but fail to have a system where customers are contacted if there's a issue! They say nothing. You call and the phone just rings and rings like they are busy. I will be leaving this credit union as well. let's wake up Eaton Family, it's 2021.

I have been a member for several years and have always been treated Wonderfully by the staff! Clarissa is the Best! I have multiple accounts and many family members bank here also with no complaints.

Went here in hopes of opening a Savings Account to start saving for a trip and inquire about improving my credit. The teller at Eaton immediately made me feel unwelcomed into Eaton and was very dry and lacked the urge to answer any questions. I was hoping to be one a member at Eaton but will be searching elsewhere to both save and better my credit. If anyone has any positive recommendations for a Credit Union who strives in building a good reputation for excellence in customer care and has great financial options to build credit and savings please let me know. Eaton is not recommended when it comes to NEW CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE. I have Eaton 2 stars for Customer saftey as an armed guard and buzz in measures are taken to protect the Credit Union.

I am a new member and so far things have been great. Correction after three weeks of being a new member I am taking my business somewhere else. They have some not all but some rude associate at the counter.

I love this credit union, it’s so convenient for me (the hours). Clarissa always smiles she makes you feel welcome.

Very antiquated. The services have not been updated since the 90s. No after hours customer service. If there is an issue with your account, there is never anyone available to help. Don't lose your card. Happened to me once and wound up having to pick up my card from the branch. They claimed it was returned in the mail. However I just received my statement from them a day prior. Do not bank with them. The positive reviews are from paid marketers.

Ordered a new debit card on( July 4th )because my wallet got stolen HERE IT IS JULY 26 AND STILL NO CARD!!!! This is the shadiest so called credit union I've ever experienced. Not to mention the customer service is horrible. The way they answer the phones all up to the way they treat you at the counter..... My partner and l will be closing our accounts! Dear management you really need to clean house and get some customer service training in order.

Have been a member for some years now the staff was awesome to me when I come inside to their office. I will say Debbie is amazing to work .

This is thee worst branch of banking I have ever seen. The tellers are not welcoming or friendly. Services inside and through the drive through is a complete drag. Then when u get to a non smiling bank teller it sucks the energy out of you completely.
