Came in the store needing a battery and charger to go with my tool. They were extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help. I will definitely be back as well as tell all my friends and family to visit

This place was amazing!! The customer service was 10/10, all the employees were extremely helpful, patient and friendly! If I could leave zero stars i would. I called too see when my payment was due was told my idem was already sold. So I wait a little while cause ot didn't feel right called back was told my payment was due on the 10th and someone put it on layaway. I couldn't get my stuff out cause I was told the item was gone before my payment was due. I don't recommend anyone doing business at this location Manger was very rude too me. I just want my property back. I always get my stuff out of pawn but this location lies about when your payment is due. I think the Manger either wanted it or a family member of hers wanted my item and put it on layaway.

Always great bargains on good merch. They have the biggest selection of any shop in town and the staff is extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Check back often, as the stock is constantly revolving. You never know what you'll find!

The black manger with curly hair at the top and ponytail rude tried to come in and pawn something the nice lady was helping me and the lady gone have nerve to try and talk to me like I was someone she knew don't go to this pawn shop at all they all bitter

This location is the best location! The staff are knowledgeable and very nice! The Manager Tina gives the best customer service. They have the best jewelry there, all items purchased work perfectly, and they give you a fair deal on loans. I see many there all the time, and although this location can get busy they make you feel like you’re the only customer there! I normally don’t do reviews but I recently purchased a laptop from there and this is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made!

Friendly ladies very helpful. I buy jerseys all the time ,and they sold me a MacBook Pro for a great price. The older white guy is friendly also the younger one needs to find a better attitude the ladies make that store feel like home.

I have been a customer of Easy Pawn for a few years. I purchased high end and low end items from this store. I've also gotten loans from this location. The staff is very knowledgeable and the customer service is impeccable. Tina runs a well oiled machine at the store. Safety is key and masks are required. When you walk in you feel welcomed. It can get a bit busy at times but that's because the public knows they can get a deal. The shelves may be limited now but the pandemic has affected all businesses, but they have a policy if you buy an item and later find an item more to your liking (i.e. television) you can exchange the item for the better (larger) item. The store is clean and unlike other pawn shops you can move around with ease. If you want top dollar for your loans come here. If you want find new and gently used items that work shop at Easy Pawn (Dickerson Rd). They're across from the Dollar Tree and the parking is more than sufficient.

Miss Tina is awesome, helped me make it til paycheck more than she will ever know. Love the people and service here. Will definitely be back if in a bind again
