This place is horrible. Please don’t ever do business with them. Customer service is horrible. If I could give them zero stars I would. I’ve been a customer with them for years and the one time I have an issue there’s nothing they can do to resolve it.

I had to give a star just to comment but I would give them a 0 very rude when speaking over the phone!!!! No customer service at all!

Don't make u go thru alot for a loan and low repays

If I could put a -5 star I would! This company is the WORST place to borrow money from. For starters, their online system doesnt work on apple products or internet explorer, but you wont know that until you have already processed a loan, and is trying to pay it back! The system will give you “server error” everytime you log in, which forces you to go inside! PLEASE don’t try and call them and explain the situation because nobody at the place knows nothing about to online system(but they promote paying online). Secondly I had a loan, I moved out of Louisiana(henced why I needed the loan), tried to pay it online and thats what happened. I talked to them everyday for 2 weeks straight, and everytime we talked they said they would have the IT department call me(but that NEVER happened). Then all of a sudden they just drafted money from my card without a warning or nothing, this happened the day after I talked with the lady there and she was STILL trying to get IT to call me. Mind you I NEVER not answered the phone. I talked, literally EVERYDAY with them. I told them that they just took my rent money and nobody seem to know nothing about how the system works when drafting a account. I say again DO NOT BORROW MONEY FROM THESES PEOPLE! THEY ARE SCAMS!!

I absolutely loved the customer service reps, they were very helpful and consistent. I would recommend this place of business any day.

Absolutely horrible customer service, clearly a place that isnt in the business of helping people but in the business of using people. I had everything required for a loan and she wanted to give me an attitude just bc she didnt believe the number I gave her was a direct line to my boss. He verified my employment after I verified my income and she still YELLED at me she couldnt do anything to help me. My boss even called back to re verify and she yelled at him I could give proof of income after I provided as such.
