Easy Money Ann St, Montgomery

Pull up to the drive thru window at 11:46pm, the female came to the window and said I'd have to wait until 12 for the change of shift and commenced back to what she was doing. Unfortunately this is the only Easy money open for money orders this time of night, so I had no choice. I was very hesitant about coming here tonight because the area isn't safe at all, plus someone recently got killed (shot) at the convenient store next door and now to have to sit here is really never racking. ... It's currently after midnight and I still haven't been helped. Last few pictures show where they're just talking and not doing anything towards or of customer service..

This place is literally a joke. My boyfriend went in tonight to get a small loan, which is convienet for us since our work schedules don't coincide with most daytime places and this place promotes 24 hours. Apparently it's not open for business to white people. Obviously we already know it's in the bad side of Montgomery, but we figured it was a BUISNESS that promotes 24 hours for a reason. He walks in and the lady at the counter starts laughing in his face along with the two women behind her and she asks him,"what you need?". He says a loan & she continues laughing and carries on to ignore him. The other lady named 'Adrianna' walks up and continues to laugh in his face and says, "come on down here, she ain't gone do you." As he's trying to apply for the loan a black man walks in and he is greeted with a smile and helped by this same lady. At this point my boyfriend gathered his things and just left. Call it what you want, but I won't be doing any money handling business with a company that allows their employees to treat theirs customers this way.

I have been goin back to them now for a couple of years and I have always been treated fairly and respectfully. I am going to be calling the office shortly I am hoping I didn't do this in error and someone is different this point.

She told me the “system was down” and continued her conversation with the other female employee. Needs to do better ..

Horrible horrible horrible!!! They act like they don’t want to be there and talk to you any kind of way!!!

I came in on the Tuesday Since I know that it’s a slower business day but this day it was unusually crowded. The store was only staff with one associate, Jasmine. Jasmine was amazing. She multitasked and clear her lobby efficiently and everyone left satisfied. Her customer service skills were amazing and I think she should be rewarded.

Extremely poor external customer service, and I imagine it's just as bad in store. Called to ask a simple question about their check cashing services and was talked down to by the teller.

If the people that work here at night don't want to do their job then they need to find a new one it dont make no sense that ive been waiting 40 minutes waiting on a money order.

The customer service is literally horrible they do greet you when you enter they are always on the phone to they are so rude these women are so unprofessional they new and better employees!

When i was having trouble getting my check cashed easy money has always came through when others was just rude.
