We can't be talking about the same place. I've always had great service. The staff is always so nice and helpful we I go. Yhey made sure I understood everything before I signed and was very patient when I asked questions.

The service was horrible, and they keep insisting on you giving them your Social Security number, in order “to register you.” Why on earth do they need your SSN number? Plus, the condition of the building was terrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Avoid this place if you can! I went in to have a check cashed as a new customer, and I ended up having to call the cops due to the manager Morgan becoming very aggressive and degrading towards my partner and myself. I had concerns as to why I would have to sign a loan application along with the check cashing application just to cash a check. I have no interest in taking out a loan. The lady that I was initially dealing with at the window was obviously confused as well, because she walked to the back with questions of her own on the matter. Morgan came back to the window with the other employee and stated it was just the way it was and I had to sign the loan portion as well in case I wanted a loan in the future and that was that. All of this was delivered in a very nasty tone. She proceeded to tell me that I was wasting her time. I asked for the application back to sign at this point so that I could go ahead and have my check cashed and get out of there. By this time they already had all of my info including social. Morgan then lied and told me that there was nothing more that they could do for since since I’d asked for my check back and refused their service (which was never stated by me). There was supposedly no reversal. She even went to the extent of lying by saying that my partner and I had threatened her while attempting to make us leave the store or be hit with trespassing papers even though I had an officer on the line by this time who told me I was fine to stay until assistance arrived. I’m sure I’m not the first customer to be treated in such a poor manner due to the level of comfort she exuded during the ordeal. Overall, I had an extremely bad experience at this establishment. We honestly left with the feeling that we’d been racially discriminated against being that we were the only persons of color there and the only customers to receive the treatment she dished out. After calling corporate I found out Morgan was in fact misleading me with her info/actions.

The employees specifically micaela are rude degarading and act like theyre doing you a favor by taking your money avoid this place

Every time I have went in there the ladies have been super helpful in every area. I’ve been doing business there since I moved here two years ago and now have my daughter go there as well

Lost my job due to the virus and had to move out of state. Morgan called me about a payment and when I tried to explain that I hadn’t started working yet and that I was still looking for a job her response was “it’s easy to get a job everyone is hiring everywhere, good luck you’re gonna need it”. I was berated and patronized. Avoid this place, extremely unprofessional.

Stay away from these places that deal with title loans or cash advances/payday advances. It will screw you over in the long run due to the interest pill up. This will put you further into debt and take a while to get out of. You will end up paying back hundreds of dollars extra (if not more from a title loan). These sort of places are all a joke! Believe me because I just got out of this place and am so happy I do not have to hand them another dollar ever again!

These people are so nice and do their best to get you the money you need and in a hurry! I would recommend them to everyone.

Great staff with fast service.. But you are going to pay for it the check cashing fee's are outrageous.
