The lady working here at this location was very professional and helped me out when no one else in the mobile area could. I’m very happy with my experience here I recommend anyone needing the services they provide to bring your business here they will get the job done. 5 star rating from me ⭐️

Always professional and great customer service. We have been going to this location for over a year and only had 1 mistake and it was fixed promptly. Keep smiling ladies some of us do notice how hard you work!

Went to easy money on Airport Blvd in Mobile to get a check cashed so we could travel out of state for a funeral. Nowhere else in Mobile would cash our check bc we were from Mississippi & the bank that issued the check was already closed to be able to verify it. We were helped by Danielle. She went above and beyond & did everything she could to make sure she was able to help us. Easy Money gained 2 new loyal customers today bc of Danielle!! Thank you so much!!

So I recently got a debit card from them and set up direct deposit,well when I set everything up the employee that was dealing with me forgot to verify my social security.when pay day came along I waited patiently then I finally called them and said I had to very my social before I could get paid so I went up there to verify it and it’s been a week and a half after payday and I still haven’t received my paycheck and now I’m late on all my bills and have to pay all these unnecessary late fees because of them

Great service, just service is slow...

I never had a problem using them before but this time around one of the representative called me with an attitude to remain me I had to pay a payday loan. I try to explain my circumstances to that representative but that person hung the phone up in my face. So I just paid out the whole thing and will not being using or refer anyone I know to them.

This is the worst company to get a lane from, they dont tell u anything except the bear minimum, they quite rude. And on top of all that they hit u with undone hidden fees that make no sense and look at u like your the dumb one for not knowing. If I could I give then a negative 5 stars but that's not in the option's, save your self the head ache and go somewhere else.

Do not go here. The people are absolutely disgusting. Especially if you are African American. Go somewhere you can be respected. This location needs to be shut down
