We desperately needed a new vehicle as our van was breaking down in every way possible and couldn't safely go anywhere with 4 kids as a family. We don't have great credit and have been turned down by several dealerships locally here in Madison. I have done a ton of research when coming upon Easton Motors. I was assuming it would be a gimmick to tell us they will basically work with anybody as I have heard this before. When we came in, we worked with Joshua and he was very clear on going over everything with us (who Easton motors was, taking ALL of our information and our "story" down, answering questions, etc.) We came in while they were doing a push, pull, drag (I believe it was called) sale where our trade in would be our down payment. We were able to get a thousand dollars for our car probably worth a couple hundred towards our new van which we got a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. We absolutely love it and it's everything we need/can afford. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles like newer cars/vans but we were not in the least bit picky. We decided to put an extra $150 down towards the payment and walked out with a new RELIABLE vehicle. Driving home, we noticed some tiny cracks in the windshield that we weren't made aware of on the buyer's guide. I mentioned this to Joshua and we thought we would be held accountable for them as we drove it off the lot already. They set up Safelite to come out and replace it free of charge for us. Easton Motors has been a miracle worker for us and we would 100% go back when we need a new car. Thanks Easton Motors & Joshua!

I would highly recommend this place regardless of your credit. I have a very pleasant experience here. Corinne and "wanda" were a delight to work with and just talk to in general. Really made you feel more like another person than a target for a sale. As a veteran I would fef recommend this place to other vets too. They really know how to take care of the ones who take care of us. I was facing a tough situation with a car accident and a totaled car and they made it as painless as possible with a result im pleased with. I know people are hesitant but there are some good deal. The car i got has a clean history and for being a 2017 it honwstly looks brand new. Ppl love it. Im having troubles finding even small flaws in the vehicle and im one of those people who def. Is old about their car. All in all the service is great the car is great. The price is fair and they can work with anyone. Dont hesitate and stop on in. One thing I never felt was pressured. I think I test drove like 8 cars before landing on this one. But they gave honest recommendations and never once acted annoyed. Even brought a car from 40 mins away for me to test drive so I didn't have to drive. Awesome!

People have a tendency to believe that car dealerships push you to buy their vehicles, but extras, and are relentless when it comes to looking to purchase a vehicle. However, this place lets you take your time. They help you with weighing your options. They are realistic and want you to be successful in your finances and car purchases.
