I'm extremely disappointed in this company. My elderly and high risk parents closed on a piece of land earlier this week. Due to covid-19, they do not go out much and wear masks when they do. I understand that there are divided opinions on covid-19 and mask wearing, but when the client is wearing one, is elderly and asks that you were a mask and your response is "it's personal preference and I prefer not to wear one", you are putting not only yourself at risk but the client as well. Apparently, Rachel Brasher and East Texas Title, don't care about the client or the concept of customer service.

They went above and beyond for us. Very friendly every step of the way, and kept us informed.

They couldn't get nothing right worst place ever I would never recommend them they kept postponing closing it kept expecting me to do all the work for them
