I bought a 2013 Subaru Impreza, Brent told me if there are any problems with the car dont hesitate to call him. There were a few issues I wanted looked at after driving it a week or so. I messaged Brent and he responded to me within a couple of hours. I took the car into East Coast Motors and they had the car repaired within 6 hours time. Buying a car from East Coast has been one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I worked with Chris and he was easy going, patient, super informative, and accommodating. For me he is great salesman because he focused on selling me the right car rather than any car. Wasn't sure at first, I didn't have anyone I trusted who bought from them. The staff went above and beyond. I thought I was going to be an easy sale, but I ended up being pretty high maintenance. The truck I was interested had some mechanical issues/sounds that made me look elsewhere, but they fixed the issue and I came back. After the purchase was finalized I brought it back in to check out a sound and it was nothing. After many months everything is great and I highly recommend them. They can't predict every mechanical failure but their honesty and quality of vehicles is way above average.

The staff of East Coast Motors were very pleasant and professional. The Subaru I purchased had a slight burning oil smell and they were quick to get it taken care of. It was a very minor issue, but they were kind and helpful. The cars they sell are as good as they say they are!
