I have been working with eagle loan for many years now. They have been there for me when my own bank has not. Eagle loan is a blessing!!! The staff there is always so friendly. I do feel that they work hard to get every loan approved. Ryan was pleasant from the first time that I talked to him. He is always upbeat and smiling. You can hear it through the phone and it matched up well in person. Thank you to the entire staff for helping make another dream come true!!!!!

I haven't been a customer for years an the i called tina and she still remembered me an was very quick to have her staff to get my paperwork started an i had to do was walk sign an leave. Tyler had me on my way in know time. The are the Best....

**late post*** Filled out an application online a couple weeks ago after realizing i needed more money to go on a trip i had planned and within 5 minutes i received a call back telling me i was approved for more than i wanted. Went to office the next day and was in and out in 10mins, paperwork and check was waiting for me to get there. Definitely would recommend them if you need this service 100% satisfied customer. The young lady who helped me i believe was Janet very nice and professional, and upon leaving the whole staff spoke

What good is this place if you need real help? Tried getting a loan to catch up on bills cause I been off work for medical reasons and was basically told if I ain’t bringing a full paycheck home I can’t get a loan, we’ll if I was bringing home a full paycheck why would I be calling you guys for help then ? I even tried using my two vehicles for collateral and they didn’t even wanna talk about it 🤷🏼‍♂️ Thanks for nothing eagle loan I will not be sending anyone your way that’s for sure

This company never lets me down when I'm in a bind or need repairs done on my car. Best loan company I've dealt with so far.

My experience was terrible in the office. Welcoming at first... my girl gives her information including the job duration of 1 week and me with six months with great income and rep tells me he didn't run a credit check on me but there was nothing he could do to assist me on my app because of the duration of time at my job. Least of all... he had no information on how their company works. Very unprofessional and lacking so much in informing a potential customer of what to expect. This place accepts applicants with a credit score of 580 or better...I have better than 580 credit score so my conclusion is that the representatives at this location pick and choose who they want to assist regardless of your credit score.

As a young person the idea of taking out my first loan was daunting. I’d gotten the “run-around” from my bank and I prayed I wasn’t going to have to deal with that same circus if I tried to go through a loan company. I checked online for credible loan services and that’s how I discovered Eagle Loan! They made the WHOLE process SO EASY! I went in to their office and the staff explained everything to me clearly and didn’t try to pressure me into anything I didn’t want to do. It was so simple and for a first timer I so appreciated that. Plus, they are all so nice. All the Eagle Loan employees I’ve dealt with, whether on the phone or in the office, were pleasant and professional. I definitely plan on going through them if I ever need another loan!!! My husband and I had went to Eagle due to much needed car repairs. My mom has been coming here for years also and Ryan, who helped us out, was very pleasant, and explained everything to us both. We had a speedy process and the staff was warm & welcoming. The fees are affordable & I highly recommend Eagle in Englewood.
