The lady who helped us notarize our paperwork was very rude and kept rolling her eyes every time we asked her a question. If you don’t like your job you should quit. Your customer service skills suck.

I worked with Rhonda and overall it was a great experience. Only thing that wasn't made clear over the phone was the fact that you need at least $1400 worth of personal property to meet requirements for the loan. Other than that she was great to work with.

My recent interaction with the "Eagles" <<<( see what I did there?) was outstanding and beneficial for both parties. Tim was professional, courtesy, and informative about my loan and my wishes. Only lending service that I will use. The entire staff has the ability to help any of the hundreds of Eagle customers at any time during business hours. In case you need to leave a message, someone will call you next business day. Good job Tim.
