All around horrible. Their interest rates are higher than most payday loan establishments. They're very unforgiving if you happen to have financial issues, even with years of good standing. They're one of the worst creditors I've dealt with during the pandemic.

I spoke with the nicest secretary I have ever dealt with! It felt very safe and secure. Then I was spoken to by a manager and was belittled which to be honest hurt my feelings. I never called back it bothered them so they called me back today and asked if I was still interested and once I expressed how I felt about the way I was spoken to they called back and said we wouldn’t be able to work with you any. To be honest I was just trying to build up credit and if that’s the way you treat people it’s most definitely not worth my time or aggravation. It’s so much better to just be nice and kind to others. We Love Eagle Finance. We have taken out several loans with them and they are super easy to deal with. All the workers are so friendly. Our payments are always so reasonable. Last time we was in our kids had to go with us and they took the kids to a toy chest and they got to pick out a super nice toy. We won’t ever go anywhere else for our small loan needs.
